QbDVision Motion Design Suite

Role

Motion Graphics, Illustration, Storyboard

A series of motion design pieces created for QbDVision, including the “Nerdcore Release” explainer video, Basel meeting promo, and title animation for the conference background.

I created a motion graphics explainer video for QbDVision to promote their “Nerdcore Release.” The client wanted a playful, eye-catching piece that could make a technical topic feel fun and approachable.

I leaned into a retro pixel-gaming style, designing a doctor character trapped in a chaotic world of messy documents and endless paperwork. As the story unfolds, QbDVision appears like a magic box (reminiscent of the question blocks in Mario) rescuing the doctor and restoring order to his workflow.

This project combined nostalgic visuals, humor, and clear storytelling to make complex software benefits feel accessible and engaging.

Take a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point.

Make storyboards in Photoshop, create styleframes in Illustrator.

(Sometimes love these steps more than animating :)
